    The Back Row

Negroni with blood orange & smoked rosemary — the observer's drink of choice

He sits in the back rows of congress halls watching how experts gather

Why this cocktail? James works from the back row. This complex Negroni — bitter, sweet, smoky — is the observer's perfect drink.

    The Story

The back row of a conference hall is where Lancaster does his best work — watching not just the stage but the audience, the energy, the moments when a room collectively leans in or checks out. This Negroni with blood orange is dark, complex, and meant to be sipped slowly while observing: bitter for the honest questions, sweet for the moments that work, and smoky for the atmosphere of rooms where ideas collide.
