The Ceiling Crawl
Australian whisky old fashioned with charcoal ice, rosemary & stage-light amber
We just thought the show could be better.
Why this cocktail? Iain climbed through ceilings at fifteen. This smoky old fashioned — amber, theatrical, improvised — is that instinct.
The Story
At fifteen, Morrison crawled through a school theater ceiling to hang more lights. This Australian whisky old fashioned is that teenage audacity: smoky, amber-lit like a spotlight, with charcoal ice for the darkness above the stage and rosemary for the evergreen instinct to make the show better.
