The Chatham House
Earl Grey gin with honey, lemon and dried tea leaves — trust is the real currency
Conversations operate under Chatham House rules
Why this cocktail? ELX runs on Chatham House trust. This English-rooted tea cocktail is candor — honest, warm, earned.
The Story
ELX's power comes from its rules of engagement: Chatham House rules that allow leaders to share failures, defend budgets, and compare data without attribution. Born in England and raised in Canada, Kastner bridges two traditions of discretion. This Earl Grey gin cocktail is that bridge — English tea for heritage, honey for the sweetness of candor freely given, and lemon for the brightness that emerges when people stop performing and start speaking.
