    The Cornell Card

Ivy League gin martini with Lillet Blanc, grapefruit twist & rosemary

He learned at Cornell that prestige is constructed and defended

Why this cocktail? Carl learned at Cornell that prestige is deliberately constructed. This structured martini carries that same quiet confidence.

    The Story

Cornell's School of Hotel Administration carried an establishment confidence that didn't need to assert itself. Carl entered it with industry experience and ambition rather than pedigree.
