The Longer Table
Apple bourbon old fashioned with honey, rosemary & cinnamon — Marcellus hospitality in a glass
When you have more than you need, build a longer table, not a higher fence.
Why this cocktail? Liz grew up in a kitchen where the table always got longer. This warm bourbon drink is that philosophy — poured generously.
The Story
A sign in Liz Irving's childhood kitchen read those words. Christmas dinners expanded to include anyone who needed a seat. This apple bourbon old fashioned — warm, honeyed, fragrant with rosemary and cinnamon — is that kitchen made liquid. It's the kind of drink you pour for someone you've just met, because the table was always meant to be longer.
