The Rare Gem
Cognac, saffron honey, pomegranate & orange blossom water — France meets Cairo
Born in France, raised in Cairo — a life shaped by precision and public service
Why this cocktail? Hervé bridges France and Cairo. This cognac cocktail with Middle Eastern spices captures that rare duality.
The Story
Hervé Sedky's global outlook was forged between France and Cairo. This cocktail bridges both worlds: French cognac for precision, saffron and pomegranate for Egyptian warmth, and orange blossom water for the fragrance of Cairene evenings. Like Hervé himself, it's a rare gem — multi-faceted and impossible to categorize.
