- 4 oz sparkling water
- 1 oz butterfly pea flower tea (chilled)
- 0.5 oz blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Silver shimmer powder
- Star anise
Preparation
- 1.Brew butterfly pea tea and chill.
- 2.Shake tea, blue curaçao syrup, lime, and simple syrup with ice.
- 3.Add silver shimmer to the glass.
- 4.Strain in — shimmer activates.
- 5.Top with sparkling water, garnish with star anise.
