The Threshold Fog
Mezcal, amaro & orange with dry ice fog — the entry that determines everything
If the entry lands, the night has a spine
Why this cocktail? David designs threshold moments. This fog-wreathed mezcal cocktail is that moment of atmospheric transformation.
The Story
Read the full story →David Landgraf watches the threshold moment at every event.
