Always Asheville
Dark chocolate bonbon with smoky chili & mountain honey, dusted with gold — resilience in one bite
More than $1 million was provided through the Always Asheville Fund for local businesses.
Why this bite? Vic raised millions for Asheville after Helene. This dark, warm bonbon is resilience made edible.
The Story
Your guests have never tasted resilience. When Hurricane Helene struck Asheville in September 2024, it left a $17 million deficit, destroyed infrastructure, and took 43 lives. Vic Isley didn't retreat — she pivoted. Within two weeks, she launched the Always Asheville Fund, raised over $1 million for small businesses, orchestrated the Concert for Carolina that generated $24 million in relief, and built Love Asheville From Afar to connect 300 local businesses to supporters online. Her team said she 'gracefully managed the situation with clarity and conviction.' This dark chocolate bonbon with smoky chili and mountain honey is that grace under pressure: dark, warming, and dusted with gold because what survives the storm deserves to shine.
