The Frontier
Bison jerky & cornbread bite with honey butter & smoked salt
The taste of westward expansion & pioneer spirit
The Story
The American frontier — from the Appalachian Mountains to the Pacific Coast — shaped the nation's character for over a century. Lewis and Clark, the Oregon Trail, the Gold Rush, and the homesteaders who built communities across the Great Plains all relied on two things: bison and corn. This rustic bite combines house-made bison jerky with warm cornbread and whipped honey butter, a tribute to the pioneer spirit that carried a young nation from thirteen colonies to fifty states across 250 years.
