    The Haiku

Sashimi-grade tuna on sushi rice with wasabi cream & rose petals

Three lines, infinite flavor — poetry in a single bite

    The Story

The haiku — a poetic form perfected by Matsuo Bashō in 17th-century Japan — distills an entire world of meaning into just seventeen syllables. Like the greatest haiku, this bite is an exercise in restraint and perfection: pristine sashimi-grade tuna resting on a pearl of seasoned sushi rice, kissed with wasabi cream and adorned with delicate rose petals. Every element is deliberate, every flavor essential. Nothing wasted, nothing missing — the poem is the bite.
