The Story
A marketplace is not a transaction. It is a system. Paul Miller understands this instinctively: the value of Questex is not in putting buyers and sellers in the same room — it's in designing the conditions under which they find each other useful. Two contrasting canapés on one plate — one dark with black sesame, one bright with citrus — represent that duality. Neither works alone. Together, they create something neither could achieve separately. That's marketplace architecture.
Ingredients
- Black sesame paste
- Cream cheese
- Rice crackers
- Yuzu curd
- Mascarpone
- Microgreens
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
- 1.Mix black sesame paste with cream cheese, pipe onto rice crackers.
- 2.Separately, fold yuzu curd into mascarpone, pipe onto matching crackers.
- 3.Arrange in pairs — one dark, one bright.
- 4.Garnish with microgreens and toasted sesame.
