Pass the Hat
A 1" bite engineered to never run short — batchable, resupplied before the shortage, operational rigor made edible
When the supply ran low at the parties she threw, she'd pass a hat, collect a dollar a head, and dispatch a runner to resupply before the shortage became a problem.
Why this bite? She ran house parties with the rigor of a show floor — resupplied before the shortage hit. This batchable canapé never runs short.
The Story
Long before the twenty-thousand-person consumer shows, there were the parties she ran at the house when her mother worked nights — with the same operational rigor she'd later bring to conventions. When the supply ran low, she'd pass a hat, collect a dollar a head, and dispatch one runner to resupply before the shortage became a problem. She managed the playlist, the invitations, and, crucially, the cleanup. This bite is built for exactly that discipline: an endlessly extendable canapé you batch large and refill before anyone notices it was ever low.
