The Rewire
Dark chocolate truffle with raspberry, cardamom & edible gold
If you do it right, people don't just attend. They remember. They rewire.
Why this bite? Monique designs for rewiring — permanent impact. This truffle is intensely memorable, unexpectedly complex.
The Story
Monique measures success by impact permanence — what changes after the lights go down. 'If you do it right, people don't just attend. They remember. They rewire.' This dark chocolate truffle with raspberry and cardamom is that moment of rewiring: intensely memorable, unexpectedly complex, and finished with gold because transformation is precious.
