Warm pretzel bite with beer cheese dip & whole grain mustard
In Bloomington, the pop-up coat check made $50,000 in five months
Why this bite? Derek's first coat check was in a Bloomington sports bar. This warm pretzel — unpretentious, warm — is that origin.
The Story
At Indiana University, Derek's first coat check was born in a sports bar in Bloomington where dance nights turned pool-table areas into dead space. He proposed moving the table, building racks, and made $50,000 in five months. This warm pretzel bite with beer cheese is that Bloomington origin: unpretentious, warm, and proof that the best ideas start where the problem is most visible.
