    The Teddy Roosevelt

Bison slider with wild mushroom aioli on brioche

For the adventurer who loved the great outdoors

    The Story

Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President, was a force of nature — rancher, explorer, conservationist, and Nobel Peace Prize winner. He established the National Parks system, hunted big game across the American West, and once delivered a 90-minute speech after being shot. His love of the wilderness and the American frontier inspired this bold bison slider, topped with wild mushrooms foraged from the kind of forests he fought to protect.
