    The Archaeologist

Earthy mezcal with beetroot, turmeric & rosemary in a clay cup — digging beneath the surface

The essential skill set: resilience, culture, and survival — a lesson many places have already learned

Why this cocktail? Vic excavates what makes places irreplaceable. This earthy mezcal in clay is archaeology in a glass.

    The Story

Vic Isley is an archaeologist of place. From Durham to Tampa Bay to DC to Bermuda to Asheville, she has spent thirty years excavating what makes destinations irreplaceable — not the brochure version, but the living culture underneath. Named one of HSMAI's Top 25 Extraordinary Minds, she doesn't market places — she reveals them. This earthy mezcal with beetroot and turmeric in a clay cup is that philosophy: grounded, layered, served in a vessel that honors the earth it came from, with rosemary pushing through edible soil because the most interesting things in any destination are the ones you have to dig for.
