The Blue Ridge
Bourbon with apple cider, cinnamon & dried apple chip — autumn in the mountains
The leaves along the Blue Ridge were preparing their annual blaze of gold and crimson
Why this cocktail? Vic understood Asheville's seasons as living systems. This bourbon cider is autumn in the Blue Ridge.
The Story
Before the storm, Asheville in fall was magic. Vic Isley didn't just promote it — she understood the season as a living system of color, cuisine, and culture. This bourbon with apple cider and cinnamon captures the Blue Ridge at peak foliage: warm, golden, layered with complexity, and garnished with a dried apple chip because the best destinations taste like where they are.
