The Bridge Aperitif
Moroccan mint tea cocktail with aged rum, orange blossom & saffron honey
A bridge must rest on solid foundations on both sides
Why this cocktail? Richard bridges Morocco and Abu Dhabi, engineering and storytelling. This mint-and-rum fusion is that crossing in a glass.
The Story
Richard Attias grew up in Morocco, where coexistence was lived, not theorized. Trained as a civil engineer, he learned that a bridge must rest on solid foundations on both sides. This cocktail bridges Moroccan mint tea tradition with Caribbean rum — orange blossom water for the passage between cultures, saffron honey for the golden warmth of Abu Dhabi where Bridge found its first home.
