- 3 oz red wine
- 1 oz crème de cassis
- 0.25 oz vanilla syrup
- Egg white
- Edible flower
Preparation
- 1.Dry shake wine, cassis, vanilla, and egg white.
- 2.Add ice and shake again.
- 3.Strain into a wine glass.
- 4.Garnish with edible flower atop the velvet foam.
