Ingredients
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 2 oz prosecco
- Soda water
- Orange slice
- Grenadine
Preparation
- 1.Layer grenadine at the bottom of a tall glass with ice.
- 2.Add Aperol and blue curaçao slowly.
- 3.Top with prosecco and soda.
- 4.Garnish with orange slice — colors cascade as you stir.
