The Story

- 4 oz brut sparkling wine
- 1 oz blood orange juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Blood orange twist
Preparation
- 1.Combine blood orange juice, syrup, and bitters in a flute.
- 2.Top slowly with brut sparkling wine.
- 3.Do not stir — let the bubbles do the work.
- 4.Garnish with a blood orange twist.
