Femi Oke believes the audience is the most important participant in any room. This shared punch bowl embodies that philosophy: no individual pours, no hierarchy of glasses. Everyone gets a ladle. Rum for warmth, citrus for brightness, allspice for depth, and edible flowers because the room should always look as good as it sounds.

- 1 bottle aged rum
- 8 oz fresh lime juice
- 6 oz honey syrup
- 4 oz allspice dram
- 16 oz pineapple juice
- Edible flowers
- Nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.Combine rum, lime, honey, allspice dram, and pineapple in a large punch bowl.
- 2.Add a large block of ice.
- 3.Stir gently and float edible flowers.
- 4.Grate fresh nutmeg over the surface. Serve with a ladle.
