The Laziest Moderator
A perfectly balanced Bamboo cocktail — sherry, dry vermouth & orange bitters — effortless and deceptive
'I am the laziest moderator you've ever met. If I'm talking, we're in trouble.'
Why this cocktail? Femi makes moderation look effortless. The Bamboo cocktail is the same — deceptively simple, requiring perfect balance.
The Story
The Bamboo cocktail is the bartender's paradox: it tastes simple, but achieving that simplicity requires perfect balance between sherry and vermouth. One degree off and the whole thing falls apart. Femi Oke's moderation works the same way — it looks effortless because the preparation was meticulous. This cocktail makes the hard look easy.
