The Incubator
A three-spirit split-base Negriata served at once — three legal entities transformed simultaneously, the band-aid pulled off
Rather than sequence the work, Mason pulled the band-aid off. All three at once.
Why this cocktail? Three entities, transformed at once — the band-aid pulled off. This split-base three-spirit pour is the incubator's nerve.
The Story
ASAE has three legal entities — the (c)(6), the (c)(3) foundation, and a for-profit subsidiary — and rather than sequence their transformation, Mason pulled the band-aid off and ran all three at once. The subsidiary became the incubator, the place where ideas could be tested without risking the core, and three new business lines emerged fully operationalized. This three-spirit cocktail, a split-base built from equal parts and served together, is that simultaneous bet: distinct foundations transforming in one glass, each carrying risk, all of them stronger for moving at the same time.
