    Reykjavík Frost

Icelandic gin with sea buckthorn, birch, and glacial tonic — the smell of a winter morning in the capital

Icelandic distillers (Vor, Himbrimi, Foss) use foraged birch and Arctic botanicals.

Why this cocktail? The smell of a Reykjavík winter morning, distilled and poured over ice.

    The Story

There is a specific smell to Reykjavík in winter — cold sea, birch, a coin of citrus on the wind off the harbor. This cocktail is that smell. Icelandic gin distilled with Arctic botanicals meets tart orange sea buckthorn and a splash of birch water — a landscape you can hold to your face.
