- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz blood orange juice
- 0.25 oz demerara syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Cinnamon stick
- Orange zest
Preparation
- 1.Stir bourbon, blood orange, demerara, and bitters with ice.
- 2.Strain over a large ice cube.
- 3.Add cinnamon stick.
- 4.Express orange zest over the glass.
