The Story

A tent erected for a wedding was never meant to be permanent; physical infrastructure owned once and used by many is the oldest model in the gathering economy. This punch is made for that logic: built as a batch, owned once, poured glass by glass to everyone in the room — access over ownership, in liquid form.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz falernum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- Dash Angostura
- Grated nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.Batch rum, lime, falernum, and pineapple in advance.
- 2.Stir over a block of ice in a punch bowl.
- 3.Add a dash of Angostura per serving.
- 4.Ladle into glasses and grate nutmeg over each.
