The Story
At Short Hills Mall, teenage Michael learned that perfume was never about liquid — it was about aspiration. The woman who paused was trying on a version of herself. This rose and cardamom gin fizz is that moment of aspiration: fragrant, floral, delicate, designed to draw you in rather than push toward you.

Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz rose syrup
- 1 oz lychee juice
- Soda water
- Cardamom pod
- Rose petal
Preparation
- 1.Muddle cardamom pod in shaker.
- 2.Add gin, elderflower, rose syrup, and lychee. Shake with ice.
- 3.Strain into a tall glass over ice.
- 4.Top with soda water, garnish with rose petal.
