Ingredients
- 3 oz junmai sake
- 1 oz yuzu juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2 shiso leaves
- Sparkling water
- Yuzu zest
Preparation
- 1.Muddle shiso in a shaker.
- 2.Add sake, yuzu, and honey. Shake gently with ice.
- 3.Strain into connected sake cups.
- 4.Top with sparkling water and yuzu zest.
