Better Than Last Year
Blood-orange and rosemary spritz assembled in three deliberate pours — evaluate, adjust, return
Her golden rule, repeated in Exhibit Smarter: exhibiting is an iterative process. Skipping the post-show evaluation means starting from zero.
Why this sip? Repetition isn't improvement. Each pour changes what came before it.
The Story

Each trip back to a trade show should carry the notes from the last one. Build this drink in visible stages: first the bitter-sweet base, then the acid that corrects it, then the sparkling finish that lets it breathe. Three pours, not three identical attempts. The finished glass tastes better because someone stopped to learn from the first layer.
