Ingredients
- 2 oz unfiltered apple juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz ginger syrup
- 3 oz sparkling water
- 3 very thin apple slices
- Thyme sprig
Preparation
- 1.Stir apple juice, lemon and ginger syrup over ice in a small wine glass.
- 2.Top with sparkling water.
- 3.Fan thin apple slices at the rim and finish with thyme.
