Gin, Italian bitter aperitivo and blood orange — bitter at the front, corrected behind it
After Winning Strategies advised the Barilla Group, the company earned a perfect score on the HRC Corporate Equality Index and became a 2021 Catalyst Award recipient.
Why this cocktail? Bitter first, sweet after — an Italian brand that actually changed.
The Story
She did not spin the boycott away; the work was years inside an Italian family company until its policies actually changed and the awards followed. This is the aperitivo that correction earned: bitter at the front, because that is where every honest reckoning begins, and blood orange behind it, because it did not stay bitter.
