The Story
Weeks after becoming a father, Tim shared his belief that a world of thirty billion people would accelerate human progress. This cocktail toasts that optimism: genever for Dutch origins, cardamom for the spice of diverse humanity, pomegranate for fertility and new life, and sparkling rosé for the celebration of a future that holds more, not less.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz genever
- 0.5 oz cardamom syrup
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- 2 oz sparkling rosé
- Pomegranate seeds
Preparation
- 1.Shake genever, cardamom syrup, and pomegranate with ice.
- 2.Strain into a flute.
- 3.Top with sparkling rosé.
- 4.Drop in pomegranate seeds.
