Weeks after becoming a father, Tim shared his belief that a world of thirty billion people would accelerate human progress. This cocktail toasts that optimism: genever for Dutch origins, cardamom for the spice of diverse humanity, pomegranate for fertility and new life, and sparkling rosé for the celebration of a future that holds more, not less.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz genever
• 0.5 oz cardamom syrup
• 1 oz pomegranate juice
• 2 oz sparkling rosé
• Pomegranate seeds

Preparation

1. 1.Shake genever, cardamom syrup, and pomegranate with ice.
2. 2.Strain into a flute.
3. 3.Top with sparkling rosé.
4. 4.Drop in pomegranate seeds.
