The Story
Tim grew up among the tulip fields of the Netherlands, where beauty was commerce and farming was entrepreneurship. Genever — the original Dutch gin — is the foundation here, sweetened with saffron syrup for the golden fields, elderflower for spring, and orange bitters for the warmth of a family business that shaped everything.

Ingredients
- 2 oz genever
- 0.5 oz saffron syrup
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.Stir genever, saffron syrup, elderflower, and orange bitters with ice.
- 2.Strain into a coupe.
- 3.Express lemon twist over the surface.
- 4.Garnish with the twist.
