    The Veracity Premium

A cocktail with one irreplaceable element no substitute can fake — the in-person moment, measured and poured

Seventy percent of respondents said face-to-face relationship building is the outcome most difficult to replicate digitally.

Why this cocktail? The in-person moment can't be replicated digitally. This cocktail turns on one fresh, perishable element no substitute can fake.

    The Story

This is the argument she has made since her first day on the floor at IMEX Frankfurt: the in-person moment is not substitutable. Seventy percent of survey respondents said face-to-face relationship building is the outcome hardest to replicate digitally; twenty-eight percent said they'd lose revenue without it. The veracity premium, sourced and delivered with Oxford Economics' authority. This cocktail is built around a single fresh, perishable element that no shelf-stable substitute can imitate — the thing that has to happen in the room, in the glass.
