Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh herb syrup (basil or thyme)
- Egg white (optional)
- Fresh herb sprig
Preparation
- 1.Dry shake gin, lemon, elderflower, herb syrup, and egg white.
- 2.Add ice and shake again until cold.
- 3.Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4.Garnish with a fresh herb sprig — the element that can't be faked.
