The Wrigley Old Fashioned
Bourbon, Demerara, black walnut bitters & a flamed orange peel
A love letter to Chicago's whiskey tradition
The Story
Chicago has always been a whiskey town — from the speakeasies of Prohibition to the craft cocktail renaissance of the 2000s. The Old Fashioned, America's original cocktail, found its spiritual home in Chicago's dark-paneled bars. This version uses black walnut bitters for the kind of depth and warmth that gets you through a Lake Michigan winter, and a flamed orange peel for the theatrical flair that makes Chicago unforgettable.
