Every Number in the Building
A 1" pintxo where a single pin connects olive, cheese, pepper and anchovy — a switchboard you can eat, nothing left unlinked
This is Carol Wallace, the CEO said from a loading dock she couldn't name. Joyce told her exactly which dock. How could you know? I know every phone number in the building.
Why this bite? She rose from the switchboard by knowing every number in the building. This single-pin pintxo connects everything — nothing left unlinked.
The Story
Before she was a president, Joyce Leveston was the voice on the switchboard — the operator who knew which loading dock a lost CEO was standing on because she knew every phone number in the building. Connection was never a task; it was the whole operating system, installed at a Cincinnati kitchen table and never once powered down. This pintxo is that instinct in miniature: a single pin routing four distinct things into one bite, every element connected, everyone who calls getting through.
