    The Fifth C

Five-layer mousse in a miniature glass — Content, Connection, Celebration, Community, Ceremony

The 5Cs: the true alchemy of transformational events.

Why this bite? Sasha's 5Cs framework gives language to transformation. This five-layer mousse makes each C visible and edible.

    The Story

Your guests understand experiences, but Sasha Frieze gave the industry a language for what makes them transformational. The 5Cs — Content, Connection, Celebration, Community, Ceremony — are her framework for designing events that don't just entertain but change people. Dr Catriona Campbell of EY called it 'the true alchemy.' This five-layer mousse makes each C visible: a different texture, a different color, a different reason someone walks out of a room different from how they walked in. The fifth layer — Ceremony — is the one most people forget and the one that matters most.
