The Little Havana
Cuban mojo pulled pork slider with pickled red onion
Calle Ocho flavors on a buttery bun
The Story
Little Havana is the soul of Miami — a neighborhood where the aroma of slow-roasted pork, strong café Cubano, and live salsa music fill the streets. The Cuban sandwich and its cousin, lechón asado, are pillars of this community. This slider takes mojo-marinated pork — tangy with sour orange, garlic, and cumin — and tops it with bright pickled red onion, a nod to the bold, no-holds-barred flavors of Calle Ocho.
