Ingredients
- Assorted vegetables (carrot, beet, zucchini, pepper)
- Gelatin
- Herb oil
- Micro herbs
- Sea salt
Preparation
- 1.Thinly slice and blanch vegetables separately.
- 2.Layer in small glasses, setting each layer with herb-infused gelatin.
- 3.Chill until firm.
- 4.Serve with micro herbs and olive oil.
