The Bitter End Negroni
Gin, Campari, Fernet-Branca & espresso — the darkest Negroni possible
When love curdles into something unrecognizable
The Story
The War of the Roses doesn't end with reconciliation — it ends with mutual destruction. This Negroni replaces sweet vermouth with Fernet-Branca, the most bitter spirit in the bar, and adds a shot of espresso for the kind of dark energy that fuels all-night arguments. It's a cocktail that tastes like the moment when compromise becomes impossible and the only flavor left is bitter.
