The Blue Giraffe
Blue curaçao gin fizz with butterfly pea flower, lemon & edible glitter
For the girl who convinced her classmates blue giraffes were real
Why this cocktail? Dahlia's tribe was the Blue Giraffes — she learned that impossible things become real if you believe hard enough.
The Story
Dahlia El Gazzar's childhood tribe was called the 'Blue Giraffes' — where she learned that if you believe hard enough and explain well enough, impossible things become real. This electric-blue gin fizz, made with butterfly pea flower that shifts color when you add citrus, captures the magic of seeing what others can't yet imagine.
