The Camel Race
Arak, pomegranate, rose water, lime & crushed ice — desert moonlight
When the diving tours were cancelled, she invented camel races instead
Why this cocktail? Dahlia's first events were improvised in the Egyptian desert. This arak cocktail captures that origin story.
The Story
Dahlia's first events were improvised in the Egyptian desert — camel races under a full moon, dinners on stolen mattress pads under the stars. This arak-based cocktail captures that origin story: the anise spirit of the Middle East, pomegranate from the Nile Valley, and rose water that perfumes the night air.
