Smoked cedar & wild berry whisky sour with Douglas fir syrup — Haida Gwaii in a glass
Born on Haida Gwaii — if you wanted something, you figured out how to make it happen
Why this cocktail? Born on Haida Gwaii, Tahira learned resourcefulness before events. This cedar-smoked whisky sour is her origin in a glass.
The Story
Tahira was born on Haida Gwaii, a remote archipelago where her family fished, grew vegetables, and baked bread. If you wanted something, you figured out how to make it happen. This whisky sour is smoked over cedar, sweetened with Douglas fir syrup, and brightened with wild berries — the Pacific Northwest coast in a glass, resourceful and wild.
