The Five of Hearts
Gin with five botanicals — juniper, rose, cardamom, citrus & thyme
For the brilliant inner circle of the Hay and Adams households
The Story
John and Clara Hay, Henry and Clover Adams, and Clarence King called themselves the Five of Hearts — Washington's most private and most luminous salon. This gin cocktail gives each of the five a botanical voice: juniper, rose, cardamom, citrus, and thyme, distinct yet bound into one conversation. A drink built like a friendship — five characters, one room.
