    LA's Koreatown is the largest Korean community outside of Korea — a neon-lit wonderland of BBQ joints, karaoke rooms, and late-night drinking. Soju is the world's most consumed spirit, and in K-Town it flows as freely as conversation. This spritz combines soju with the nostalgic sweetness of Yakult, the exotic perfume of lychee, and the fizz of yuzu soda — the taste of a K-Town night out.

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz soju
    • 1 oz Yakult
    • 0.5 oz lychee syrup
    • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
    • Yuzu soda
    • Lychee & lime garnish

    Preparation

    1. 1.Shake soju, Yakult, lychee syrup, and lime with ice.
    2. 2.Strain into a tall glass over ice.
    3. 3.Top with yuzu soda.
    4. 4.Garnish with a lychee and lime wheel.
