The margarita has been LA's cocktail since the mid-century era, and this blood orange version captures the boulevard's legendary sunsets: deep orange fading to crimson, reflected in a glass rimmed with smoked salt.

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz reposado tequila
    • 1 oz blood orange juice
    • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
    • 0.5 oz agave nectar
    • Smoked salt rim
    • Blood orange wheel

    Preparation

    2. 2.Shake tequila, blood orange, lime, and agave with ice.
