The Little Havana Daiquiri
Aged rum, fresh lime, demerara sugar & a float of dark rum
Calle Ocho flavors in a chilled coupe
The Story
Little Havana is Miami's beating heart — the neighborhood where the aroma of roasting coffee, the sound of dominos, and the rhythm of salsa fill every block. The daiquiri, born in Cuba and perfected in exile, is the drink of this community: simple, bold, and endlessly satisfying. This version uses aged rum for depth and floats dark rum on top — a tribute to the layers of culture that make Calle Ocho unforgettable.
