The Ocean Drive Paloma
Tequila, grapefruit soda, lime, hibiscus syrup & Tajín rim
Florida's most colorful sunset in a glass
The Story
Ocean Drive at golden hour is one of the world's great spectacles — Art Deco pastels glowing against a tangerine sky, convertibles cruising, and the beach stretching south toward infinity. The Paloma — tequila and grapefruit — is Mexico's most popular cocktail, and it found a second home in Miami's Latin-infused bar scene. This version adds hibiscus for that signature South Beach pink and a Tajín rim for heat.
